The Data Operations Specialist is part of Forrester’s data operations team, reporting to the director, data operations, and insights. The Data Operations Specialist takes responsibility for programming Forrester’s consumer surveys using the Qualtics platform, as well as managing and maintaining survey data files, ensuring they are uploaded and functioning in several online platforms.
